This font is part of the
TM Math Font Package.
TM Math is a family of serif fonts, inspired by remarkable
Times Roman(TM) typeface. Times
Roman first appeared in 1932 in The Times of London newspaper, for
which it was designed under the direction of Stanley Morison. It has
subsequently become one of the worlds most successful type creations.
Widely used in books and magazines, for reports, office documents and
also for display and advertising.
TM Math comprises the fonts necessary for mathematical
typesetting (math italics, math symbols and extensions) in normal and
bold weights. The family also included all
OT1 and
T1
encoded text
fonts of various shapes, as well as fonts with most useful glyphs of
the TS1
encoding. Additionally this collection provides necessary
files for using the fonts with plain TeX, LaTeX 2.09 and
LaTeX 2e.
TM Math is a full replacement for the Computer Modern fonts,
so no change in your documents is required: just specify a
TM Math based format.
TM Math fonts can be used by themselves (as quality
replacement for Computer Modern), or together with
HV Math
(TM Math for the body, and
HV Math for headers.)
TM Math bitmapped fonts in PK format (300 dpi resolution)
are free.
